My Story
After six years of preparation.

I'm not a counselor and I'm not in recovery. I'm a strategic account executive who spent six years mentally preparing to retire from alcohol, and did it without a crisis, a program, or a rock bottom.

I didn't quit. I retired. There's a difference.

I've spent two decades selling to CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs at some of the most recognizable companies in the world. By every external measure, things were going well.

And for years, quietly, I knew alcohol was costing me something. Not dramatically. Not in a way anyone around me could see. Just a consistent, compounding tax on my clarity, my patience, my presence, and my performance.

I retired from alcohol on April 16, 2025. Not because I hit a wall. Because I'd spent six years mentally preparing for a different life and the mind finally got there before anything went wrong.

Four months later my LDL dropped 29%. I came off two medications. I lost 14 pounds without changing my diet. My VP called me nightly. I was out-thinking people I used to be neck and neck with.

That's what Prepared Sobriety is built on. Not a crisis. Not a program. A deliberate decision made by someone who'd already been running at a high level and wanted to find out what was actually possible.

Clarity. Sleep. Performance. Edge.

If you're a professional who's been quietly thinking about this for years, you're in the right place.

The numbers don't lie.

Total Cholesterol 285 202
LDL 212 142
hs-CRP Inflammation 2.9 1.6
Fasting Glucose 100 98
AST Liver 20 14
ALT Liver 26 20

Four months of retirement drove every one of these shifts. I didn't change my diet. I didn't join a program. I retired from alcohol.

What makes this different.

I've spent my career as a top-performing sales and GTM executive. I know what high performance looks like at that level. I know what it costs to show up at less than your best. I know what it feels like to wonder if alcohol is quietly holding your ceiling down.

I'm not a therapist. I'm not in recovery. I'm someone who's been exactly where you've been and built a framework to retire on my own terms.
